Abdel Wahab Morrow graduated from Qasr Al-Ainy College of Medicine, School of Medicine in 1915, and obtained a BA from the Royal College of Internal Medicine from London in 1919, then a Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in England College of Surgeons in 1920, a Bachelor of Gynecology and Obstetrics from Dublin in 1921, and a Master of Surgery from the Egyptian University in 1921 1930.

Morrow graduated from teaching staff until he became Professor of Surgery and Head of the Department of Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine of Qasr Al-Ainy at the Faculty of Medicine of Qasr Al-Ainy between 1936 and 1949, then dean of the Faculty of Medicine between 1949 and 1951, and served as the Director of Cairo University from 5 1951 to 24 1953.

Moro established the Department of General Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams, Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams during his presidency of the Department of Surgery, Kasr Al-Aini, and established departments of specialization in medicine, neurology and urology, and the Department of Psychiatry, who is dean of the Faculty of Medicine Kasr Al-Aini, and also established the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Institute of Political Science at Cairo University during His work as its director.
